What Our Customers Say...
Customer feedback is vital in order for us to provide the best possible quality of service. We need to know what our customers think of every aspect of the interaction they have with our company. To achieve this, we send out customer satisfaction surveys with our invoices and have an online customer feedback questionnaire.
All completed and returned surveys will be entered into an annual prize draw to win a £20 shopping voucher for a garden centre of your choice. The winner for 2014-2015 will be drawn on the 30th November 2015.
